MUDROOM
This mudroom was a fun and quick project. The bench was already installed but there was no closure for the room. The family had 2 dogs and wanted a permanent way to keep them in there on rainy days or when visitors came. They also wanted flooring more suited for wet days vs. their hardwoods. I had a half door solution custom built to enclose the hallway & we installed Marmoleum floor tiles to add personality to the room.
I also created a "critter" feeding station out of a bookshelf for their 2 dogs and 1 cat.

LAUNDRY ROOM
The laundry room was in desperate need of storage, folding and hanging space. We added cabinets, counters and custom laundry bin storage.
FIREPLACE REFRESH
Our client was looking to replace their rustic faux stone fireplace with something more custom. We designed a black wooden mantel with a Fireclay Chaine Homme tile hearth.
BASEMENT KITCHENETTE
The basement was only walls and carpet, and the client wanted an entertainment space when guests were over. This kitchenette was mostly reused items, from the cabinets to the appliances.
PRIYA FEATHER DINING ROOM
The only piece of furniture in this room was a vintage American Colonial Secretary desk. The room was square so a round table seemed to fill out the space best. The client also had this fun artwork from an Instagram artist, that inspired the wallpaper design. After this photo was taken I was able to source a vintage brass & jade fixture to replace the round one, adding the final touch.
